This twin tank counter top fryer made by Lincat is easy to operate and clean and is ideal for cooking various food products in professional kitchens. With two independently operated fryer tanks with seperate plugs meaning you can utilise one or both fryers when required. The 2 x 9 litre capacity tanks means the fryer can cook up to 24kg of chips per hour and the twin tanks also help to reduce the risk of cross contamination. Thermostatic controls ensure you will be provided with accurate cooking temperatures throughout the cooking process.
