Capable of serving up to 300 covers per sitting. Simple reliable and rugged they are finished internally with wipe clean Stainless steel surfaces and metal non slip flooring to compliment the statutory cleaning requirements.
Technical Specifications:
Gas: Twin Gas cupboard, each containing 2 x 47Kg propane gas bottles, 2 online and 2 on standby, providing approximately 8 days constant supply.
Mains Water: Chassis mounted fresh water tanks with gross capacity of 160 gallons (730 litres) - filling by 15mm hose connections from mains supply.
Waste: 40mm push fit plastic spigot connection point to external drainage.
Power: These units require a 32 amp single phase supply via a 3 pin commando type fitting.
On-board stand by generator - built in, LPG gas unit providing 4KW of power. Both systems incorporate fuse box and RCCB unit for additional operative safety.
