A mobile "building" that consists of 4 rooms (approx. 150sqr ft each) each with its own built in shower arranged around a central "green room" hangout space of approx. 200sqr ft. There's lighting throughout and the showers are electric on their own separate cable runs so the unit can be run just as a building from a single 16amp supply or with all showers and power needs from a 32/3phase supply. In regular use before covid but sitting in storage since then it's time this very useful trailer found a new home. It could continue to be a dressing room suite but would also make an AMAZING accommodation wagon or a kick-ass site office. All solid external walls and roof with lockable doors this is as secure and weather proof as any portacabin.

Based around an expanding articulated / HGV trailer (built by Simpsons - this is the Rolls-Royce of expanding trailers) this is a unique vehicle that was used as a dressing rooms complex in parks and festival fields all over the country. Drive the trailer to site then using hydraulic legs it lifts itself off the wheels and lowers down to the ground. Pull a lever and the hydraulic roof automatically lifts up so even if it's raining you can install without getting wet. Lay out and level the running tracks (they're fitted with screw jacks so you can securely and quickly level them) then another hydraulic lever makes the floor unfold and expand creating an area roughly 3 times the size of the original trailer. Fold out the walls, fit the locking pins then lower the roof back down creating a solid structure that can be installed (or taken down) by 2 people in about half an hour.

Interior was replaced in 2019 so those fittings have had virtually no use. Majority of internal walls are aluminium insulated panels but there is some hardboard cladding panels that will need to be replaced. Externally it could do with a paint touch up or (as we used to do) a wrap applied.

This can be towed by a normal HGV Artic unit. Installation requires a single phase 16amp supply (for the hydraulics) which then powers all the lifting / lowering and unfolding.
